Is it really free?
During early access, yes: €0 for you. Buyers pay 5% + €0.99 per ticket. Free nights are free for everyone. We’ll tell you before anything changes.
How do I get paid?
Through Stripe. You set it up when you’re ready to sell.
Who sets the refund rules?
IMIN’s refund policy applies to every night. You approve or decline each request, and a cancelled night is refunded in full.
Whose guest list is it?
Yours. Guests who tick the box hear from you. We don’t sell your list.
Can I bring my guests from another platform?
Yes. Import your list with proof of consent and keep in touch.
What about music rights?
As the organizer, you declare your night to Sacem. Doing an IMIN x night? We sort it out together.
Can my team help?
Yes. Invite them as admins or members.
